Embark is a brand new product from the great folks at B&E’s Trees from Viroqua, Wisconsin. They create some of the tastiest maple syrup around. Embark utilizes their organic maple syrup as a base for 3 bold flavors all packaged within 3 ounce pouches currently. It can be used as a straight energy shot for a quick on-the-go boost or as an ingredient to cook or craft cocktails with.

Their farm is situated within the Driftless region of Wisconsin, and that very region inspired the illustrations and iconography created for the brand. The illustrations throughout the three flavors are designed to flow together to create a seamlessly integrated packaging system. Being outdoors people, they wanted a rather spunky logomark so we landed on an energetic fox pouncing on a maple leaf for the brand. Embark is designed for the modern explorer so grab a pouch and get outside!
