HiCOLOR is an edibles brand from Vireo. Featuring a plethora of provincial flavors like Oxnard Strawberry and Concord Grape, you’re sure to find a flavor you like. The focus when creating the HiCOLOR brand was flavor, color, and fun. We worked with Vireo to create this brand and explored a variety of packaging solutions for the wide range of products that were to live under the HiCOLOR umbrella.
Flavor was key for this brand. We started by utilizing images of fruits for the packaging but halfway through the project found out some states don’t allow cannabis packages to have fruit or other realistic flavor representations. We revamped our approach to use color and the shape of the candies to make these packages pop.
