We are excited to share that Spunk won 5 design awards from AIGA Minnesota this year! We grabbed an award for the Spark Radio app we designed (#19 on Apple’s list of bestselling music apps!), shown above. We also received awards for our work on the Davis Food Co-op in Davis, California; our work on the Seward Co-op right in the Minneapolis homeland; our work on the Principle Six Co-operative Trade Movement with Equal Exchange; and our Spunk Sweet Life candy bar promotion piece!
We are thrilled and so grateful to the clients we partnered with on these projects, and the clients we partner with on every project! It is a true joy to be in business with you all. And our thanks also to AIGA Minnesota for the honors! Much appreciation.
3 Tiers has tickled our Spunk bellies for many-a-lunches these past two years, so you can imagine our sheer joy when we heard they have added BEER and WINE and EVENING FARE! They are now officially open til 9pm so that we may all partake in their excellent eats and superb spirits in the evening hours. Beer and wine til 9! Beer and wine til 9!
Well, you know that *better* weather has finally graced the great state of Minnesota when the canoes are released back into the chain of lakes. Last night was the Cedar-to-Barbette season christening, and 24 mph winds weren’t about to stop anyone from paddling towards palatable pleasure! Here’s to many more Cedar-to-Barbettes in the coming months!

They are housed in the Frank Stone building (right above Chowgirls) in NE Mpls, and are uniquely the only chiropractic office with a sliding scale in the area (aka affordable for the starving artist!)

The See Change conference, hosted at the U of M, is for curious creatives to refresh their talents with innovative ideas and imagery; it brings visual people together to navigate the ever-morphing communication landscape.
We are excited that Jeff has been invited to participate in this creative confab. And we’re also pretty excited about the line-up of other speakers! It promises to be an invigorating weekend.
