US Solar makes communities brighter, one solar project at a time. Their mission is to make solar energy accessible with simple solutions that are as good for the wallet as they are for the environment. With primary offices in Minnesota and Connecticut, US Solar makes it easy for residents, public entities, and businesses to minimize the hassle and maximize the benefits of solar.

 

Replace believes in the clean energy revolution and was electrified to get to work with the fine folks at US Solar on an updated identity and all the applications that come with it.

Brand Applications

 

A brochure system, signage options, business cards, Powerpoint template, various swag items, and more was created for US Solar.

Phase 1 Design

Our first presentation featured 5 different directions. Most looked to combine US icons with solar and electricity symbology.

Phase 2 Design

We explored the eagle icon and US Solar Flag concepts more in-depth. These explorations included more customized logotypes, iconography, and a more dialed in color palette. In the end, we were asked to slightly tweak the current logotype while carrying over all the brand assets that were developed along the way.
