Replace worked with Cuningham Group to create a brand for a new hotspot within the community of Hastings Minnesota. The plan involved taking the abandoned Hudson Manufacturing building and converting the historic factory into a multi-use space. Being quite close to where the Mississippi meats the St. Croix, we named the property The Confluence.

The typography was influenced by letterforms found on some products The Hudson Manufacturing Company produced 50+ years ago. The historic building and it’s surrounding area provided the perfect content to create an illustration library to elevate the identity system.
